Sarah Rose Studios is a privately owned business, providing on-site photography services, and featuring the works of David Michael Manning.
Our primary objective is to provide lasting historical images for both personal and commercial use. In addition to individual and family portraits, we welcome businesses and other organizations to utilize our services for their personalized business cards, brochures and web site enhancements. Due to technological advancements and the increasingly difficult challenge of preventing the illegal reproduction of copywritten materials, we have eliminated all restrictions regarding our customers' use or reproduction of their images. Customers may specify whether their photographs are delivered as prints, or as digital files on CD, in the format of their choice. Some restrictions may apply.
The Sarah Rose Studios Advantage:
Utilizing digital imaging technology allows our photographer greater freedom to experiment with multiple variations of subjects, background and lighting, without the hassle of worrying about the cost of film or going over budget. Customers have the ability to preview their images and make editing suggestions, as we perform our own airbrushing and touch-up work. Our studio lighting and backdrops can be set up in the comfort of your home, at your place of business, or at special events.
Pricing:
Individual quotes are available upon request, as every situation is unique and
has its own set of variables. We pride ourselves in being affordable,
without sacrificing quality. We do not offer fixed package pricing.

Terms:
Services are provided by appointment only. Agreements must be put in writing and signed by a representative from Sarah Rose Studios and the individual(s) responsible for payment of services. Unless we have written permission to do so, your images will not be used in advertisements or as part of a photographer's portfolio.
Optimizing Your Investment In Photographs:
Photographic images have the potential to last beyond a lifetime. While some people are blessed with being unusually photogenic, most of us require more than one snapshot to look our best. As the number of subjects in a photo increases, the likelihood that someone will be caught off guard also increases. Even if you and your group are extremely photogenic, we still prefer to get as many images and angles as possible, so that you will be sure to get results that meet or exceed your expectations. Our services are not billed by the hour, so we recommend taking full advantage of this special event in your life. For individual and family portraits, we suggest experimenting with different colors and styles of outfits. Yes, it does feel like work to have your picture taken for an hour, or even half an hour. In ten years, long after you've forgotten how uncomfortable you were that day, at least one of those images will be worth its weight in gold.

About Sarah Rose Studios And Its Founder:
Sarah Rose Studios was founded in 2002 by David Michael Manning, and is named after his daughter, Sarah Rose. David's interest in Photography resulted from being born and raised as an Army brat and traveling extensively throughout his youth. Photographs were, and still are, a historical necessity for remembering the many people and places he has known over the years. Prior to settling in Fairfax, his residences have included: Newport News, Virginia; Fulda, Germany; Ft. Rucker, Alabama; Ft. Campbell, Kentucky; Heidelberg, Germany; Woodbridge, Virginia; Lakeland, Florida; Lewisburg, West Virginia; and Akron, Ohio.
